Agentic AI Strategy & Roadmapping

We help leadership teams define their agentic AI vision, prioritize high-impact use cases, and build an actionable roadmap. Our proprietary ACMF framework structures the conversation from strategic boulders down to tactical sand — typically delivered via a 1–2 day executive workshop.

Two Lenses for the Agentic Journey

Becoming an Agentic-first enterprise requires change at two levels simultaneously. ChangeEnable provides a proprietary framework for each — one strategic, one tactical — that work together to give organizations a complete picture of where they are, where they need to go, and how to get there.

Strategic & Holistic

Agentic Capability Maturity Framework (ACMF)

Addresses the full organizational transformation: business model, operating model, people and roles, delivery methods, and reference architecture. This is the executive-level conversation about what an Agentic-first enterprise looks like across every dimension.

“How does our entire organization need to change?”

Tactical & Functional

Agentic Maturity J-Curve

Maps the hands-on progression of human-AI interaction within any function — from prompt engineering and manual review, through collaborative co-execution, to fully autonomous agentic operation. This is where teams experience the dip before the acceleration.

“How does the way my team works with AI actually evolve?”

The ACMF

Agentic Capability Maturity Framework (ACMF) v1.0

Like CMMI transformed software development by giving organizations a clear maturity path, the ACMF provides a structured progression model for the agentic AI journey. It helps leadership teams assess where they are today, define where they need to be, and build a phased roadmap to get there — across four critical dimensions of the enterprise.

Dimension 1

Agentic-First Business Model

Reimagine service offerings and pricing through the lens of agentic AI. Progress from productized offerings and new pricing models to enterprise-wide adoption of an Agentic-first business model.

Dimension 2

Agentic-First Operating Model

Transform roles, incentives, training, and KPIs. Move from infusing agentic capabilities into a single service offering to adopting new agentic roles, rewards, and incentives across the enterprise.

Dimension 3

Agentic-First Delivery Model

Evolve methods, processes, and best practices. Start by redesigning a single process and set of activities, then scale until all processes and methodologies support agentic use.

Dimension 4

Agentic-First Reference Architecture

Build the technical foundation. Progress from point solutions powering specific tasks to an enterprise where all business functions and domains run on agentic solutions — optimized and rationalized.

The ACMF uses a Boulder, Rock, Pebble, Sand methodology to structure conversations at every level of granularity — from strategic pillars down to sprint-level execution. This framework is delivered through a 1–2 day executive workshop that produces an Agentic AI strategy, prioritized use cases, team alignment, and an initial roadmap.

The J-Curve

The Agentic Maturity J-Curve

Within any function — software development, marketing, supply chain, finance, HR, project delivery — teams go through a predictable progression in how they work with AI. The J-Curve captures why early adoption feels slow (the dip of process redesign and learning) and why organizations that push through it see compound returns. This is not just about code. It applies to any workflow where humans and AI interact.

The ACMF tells you what needs to change across the enterprise. The J-Curve shows you how teams experience that change day to day. Together, they give executives the strategic roadmap and team leads the tactical playbook — both grounded in a shared maturity language that aligns the entire organization.

Agentic AI Intelligence

The Agentic AI Landscape Map

Every agentic AI platform makes fundamentally different bets on the same set of tradeoffs. This map plots 20 leading tools across three strategic axes — so you can evaluate where any solution sits before you commit.

Agentic AI Tool Comparison — 20 Leading Platforms

Framework based on three strategic axes: data sovereignty (cloud-managed vs local/self-hosted), technical complexity (no-code consumer to developer), and security exposure vs autonomy level. Original framework by Nate's Newsletter.

  • DeepSeek / OpenClaw — Open source self-hosted agent. Maximum data sovereignty. High technical complexity. Nate's sovereignty bet.
  • Perplexity Comet (cloud) — Cloud consumer agent. Fully managed delegation play. Minimal technical barrier.
  • Perplexity (local Mac) — Consumer UX with local data residency. Bridges cloud simplicity and sovereignty.
  • Meta / Manus — Open model, wide distribution. Developer integration required. $2B strategic investment.
  • Anthropic Dispatch — Enterprise cloud agent. Highest safety guardrails. Managed infrastructure.
  • Lovable — No-code app builder expanding to general agent tasks. $6.6B valuation, $400M ARR.
  • Claude.ai — Consumer cloud assistant. General purpose, fully managed, polished interface.
  • ChatGPT / Operator — Dominant consumer agent. Cloud-managed with agentic browser actions.
  • GitHub Copilot — Developer tool. IDE-integrated code agent. Most widely adopted AI coding tool.
  • Cursor — Local-first AI code editor. Developer-only workflow, strong data sovereignty.
  • Claude Code — Terminal-based agentic coding tool. High autonomy ceiling, developer-only.
  • Devin (Cognition) — Cloud AI software engineer. Specialized for end-to-end software engineering tasks.
  • AutoGPT — Self-hosted autonomous agent framework. Maximum flexibility, maximum complexity.
  • n8n — Self-hostable workflow automation with AI nodes. Open-source core, balanced technical curve.
  • Zapier AI — Cloud workflow automation. Low-code, 6,000+ integrations, no data sovereignty.
  • Microsoft Copilot 365 — Enterprise AI across M365 suite. Compliance-first, widest enterprise distribution.
  • LangChain / LangGraph — Open framework for building any agent architecture. Maximum flexibility and complexity.
  • CrewAI — Multi-agent orchestration framework. Specializes in role-based agent workflows.
  • Salesforce Agentforce — CRM-native enterprise agents. Platform-locked, strong compliance positioning.
  • Google Gemini — Google cloud agent. Scales from consumer to Workspace enterprise use cases.
